Booth Assignment & Setup
Booth locations will be assigned during check-in. Once approved, vendors may begin setting up at their assigned booth location starting Wednesday at 12:00 PM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate by 4:00 PM.

Booth Operation
Vendor booths are required to remain open for the duration of the event. Vendors who leave before the event concludes may be denied space at future Troutarama festivals.

Tear Down & Trash Removal
All vendor materials, equipment, and trash must be removed from the premises by Sunday at 12:00 PM.

Booth Reservation Policy
Vendor booths are not reserved until payment is received in full.

Check Payment Deadline
Checks must be postmarked or paid in person by June 15, 2026 to avoid a $50 late payment fee.
