While the festival is free to attend, we invite you to help build safer, more stable homes in DeKalb by fundraising or forming a team. Every dollar raised directly supports housing solutions that change lives in DeKalb.

The Blue Jeans, BBQ, & Blueprints Festival is a free outdoor street festival held in Tucker, Georgia. This community event recognizes organizations and individuals who have generously given their time and resources to support Habitat for Humanity DeKalb's mission.

Habitat for Humanity DeKalb is a nonprofit housing organization dedicated to helping families in DeKalb County, GA, build, repair, and maintain safe, stable, decent, and affordable places to call home. We bring people together to construct and repair homes, provide homeownership education, and advocate for sustainable, affordable housing throughout DeKalb County.

Impact Spotlight: Rebecca’s Story (Why we fundraise)

Rebecca has lived in her home for over 20 years, but major repairs had become overwhelming as her income decreased and her health needs increased. After waiting more than a year for assistance, she finally received critical home repairs from Habitat for Humanity DeKalb, thanks to donors, corporate partners, volunteers, and donated resources.

Today, Rebecca has safe plumbing, improved accessibility, and the peace of mind that comes from being able to move in and out of her home safely.

“Thank you, thank you, thank you! My home is in better shape now—it's such a relief,” she shared.
