Why We Play

A few years ago, this event started with a simple idea - bring people together, have some fun, and support a cause that truly makes a difference. What began as a small cornhole tournament in a parking lot quickly became something more.

Year after year, this event has grown into a tradition. A day where teammates become competitors, spectators become cheerleaders, and everyone comes together with a shared purpose. We toss bags, we celebrate wins, we laugh at near-misses - but at the heart of it all, we give back.

Supporting United Way has always been the why. Through health, education, and financial stability initiatives, United Way helps strengthen the communities we live and work in. This tournament is our way of contributing to that mission, together.

Now, as we return for our 5th year, we’re proud of the tradition we’ve built and excited to continue it. Whether you’re competing, spectating, or simply showing support, you’re part of what makes this event special.
