2026 BBSOAS Family & Scientific Conference Sponsorship Packages

Help the NR2F1 Foundation to host our 2026 Family & Scientific Conference, and give our families (in person and remote) the best experience.

When? The conference will take place April 8 - 10, 2026 at the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort

How much does it cost to host a conference? The conference will cost the foundation around $35,000 to host, and we need your help. If you can donate, or act as a Sponsor we would be so grateful.

Why host a conference? The conference is an integral part of our mission to empower families and individuals living with rare NR2F1 variants through education, advocacy and research. It will bring families and our BBSOAS expert researchers from around the world, together, both in person and virtually.

Can I sponsor the conference? Yes please!! Here are our package options:

Platinum Sponsor: Main event banner placement, large logo on back of shirt, social media/website mention, packet registration inserts, logo on all printed material.  Price $5,000

Gold Sponsor: Main event banner placement, large logo on back of shirt, social media/website mention, packet registration inserts.  Price $2,500

Silver Sponsor: Main event banner placement, small logo on back of shirt, social media/website mention. Price $1,000

Bronze Sponsor: Main event banner placement, small logo on back of shirt.  Price $500

Glitter Sponsor: Main event banner placement.  Price $250

Tailored Sponsorship packages for donations over $5,000 can be discussed.
