Help fund the 2026 NYC Dyke March!

The NYC Dyke March is a demonstration of activism, visibility, and resistance by and for all who identify as dykes. This year's theme is Hot Dykes Melt ICE, chosen based on overwhelming feedback from our community in response to the current political climate and our dedication to protect and uplift members of our community endangered by the presence of ICE in the city and beyond.

This year's march will be on Saturday, June 27th, 2026, beginning at Bryant Park at 5 PM and proceeding down Fifth Avenue to Washington Square Park.

Since 1993, the march remains unpermitted as an act of reclaiming public space without seeking institutional approval, honoring the radical legacy of those who came before us. New York City is run by immigrants and for immigrants, and the NYC Dyke March stands to fight against ICE and everything it represents. Our collective voice as dykes is powerful, and this year's theme reflects our ongoing mission to uplift, protect, and support BIPOC and immigrant dykes.

We're entirely volunteer-run and refuse corporate sponsorships. That means everything - from wheelchairs to safety marshals to day-of operations - is community-funded.

Your donation funds:

  • Accessibility services -  Wheelchairs, masks, transportation assistance (Spoons4Dykes cab funds), ASL interpreters for the march/our events, and other accommodations for disabled and chronically ill dykes

  • Safety marshals training/supplies - Training, supplies and coordinating 250+ volunteer marshals to keep dykes safe

  • Day-of logistics - Supplies, infrastructure, and operations for 30,000+ marchers

Every dollar goes directly to making Dyke March safe, accessible, and free for all dykes.

After the march, any excess funds are donated to grassroots organizations aligned with each year's march theme. This year, funds will go to immigrant justice organizations, to be determined.

See you in the streets!
