Lease for 2025 (205 West Main)

Spencer County Humane Society is seeking your support to help cover our lease payments through the end of the year. Our monthly lease is $1,500, and every dollar raised through this campaign will go directly toward that bill​.

A few months ago, generous individuals offered to help cover several months of our lease. While we were/are incredibly grateful for the gesture, unfortunately, that support did not come through as planned​ (we understand life happens).  We’re turning to you our community to help keep our doors open and our mission alive.

We are also right on the edge of reopening our low-cost clinic, which will be a huge benefit to the families and animals of Spencer County​ and surrounding areas. But we can’t take that next step unless we keep our building and that means we must meet our lease obligations.

Your donation goes straight to keeping a roof over the heads of the ​p​ets in our care. This lease is the foundation of our rescue operations, and without it, we simply can’t continue to provide shelter, medical support, and second chances to the ​pets who need us most.
