Over 20 years ago, 13thirty Cancer Connect laid deeps roots in Rochester, NY - born from a promise to "make a difference, make things better" for adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with cancer. What began as a small seed of hope flourished into a vibrant community where young people with cancer recover what was lost and discover what is possible.

Grounded in compassion and fueled by Melissa's legacy, we're bridging the critical gap of support - ensuring AYAs don't fall in the "great divide" between pediatric and adult medicine.
