This program serves to honor the legacy and teachings of my father, Terry Carter. Through his guidance, I was able to create a wealth of knowledge, establish a family empire and further my entrepreneurial dreams. It is the goal of this program to share real estate and investment mentorship with others, so they may pursue their dreams as well.

This program began February 18th, 2022 and is held every February 18th. During this mentorship program, the selected candidate will receive financial sponsorship for real estate applications and licensing fees, memberships in professional trade organizations and other professional guidance over the course of the year.
