'23 Fall Fest Vendor Space Reservation

Dear Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in the Madison PTO Annual Fall Festival/Trunk or Treat! We are excited to have vendors again this year!

Event Detail:

Date: Saturday, October 21st

Place: Madison Central School Route 20, Madison, NY

Time: 3:00 - 6:00 pm

Set-Up Time: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Cost: $20 for approximate 8 x 10 space or $50 for a food vendor space (an eating area with tables will be provided)

$5 for electric (if needed)

$5 for a table (if needed)

There is no admission fee charged for visitors to this event. There will be food and refreshments available for purchase during the event. This is an outdoor space only.
