The Dugout Club, a 501c3 non-profit organization which funds the baseball program with almost zero state and district support, is organized and operated by the parents of the players.

$2,000, raised through various fundraising avenues listed below (Donations paid to the Hart Dugout Club are 100% tax deductible).

$100,000 covering the following expenses: Admin, Baseball, Field, Fundraising, Events, Product Costs and others.

How does the Dugout Club raise money to cover these costs?

⚾️ $1,000 Player Registration - Direct player donation (100% of these funds go directly to the program).

⚾️ Media Guide & Sponsorship Sales ($500 goal per player) - Individuals and companies receive publicity.

⚾️ Friends & Family Fundraising Campaign ($500 goal per player) - Hit-a-Thon Event.
