The Edgar Fellows Program spring reception fundraiser is being held on May 8 at Wm Van's Coffee Shop at Vinegar Hill Mall. Both on-the-street and lot parking are available at this location a block south of the Capitol. Tickets are $100 each. Legislators and constitutional officers are invited to attend for free.
