Giving Hope This Thanksgiving: The Men of Hope Dinner

For 29 years, Covenant Community Inc. has been a beacon of hope in Midtown Atlanta, serving the most vulnerable members of our community. Each Thanksgiving, we bring together unhoused individuals and those living in shelters for a warm, plated meal and a day of support. Our Men of Hope Thanksgiving Dinner is more than just food—it’s an opportunity for connection, dignity, and care for those who may otherwise go without.

This event is especially meaningful for the men who have completed Covenant Community’s treatment program. For them, this dinner is a chance to give back to the community that supported them through their own recovery. It’s a powerful moment of gratitude and service, as they help serve the dinner to those in need, standing as a symbol of hope and transformation.

The Impact:
Each year, approximately 400 guests join us at All Saints' Episcopal Church for this special day. Not only do they receive a full Thanksgiving meal, but they also have access to a resource fair offering basic needs items such as hygiene materials, clothing, and shoes, as well as medical testing and sign-ups for essential services like TANF.
