'24 Fall Fest Vendor Space Reservation

Dear Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in the Madison PTO Annual Fall Festival/Trunk or Treat! We are excited to have vendors again this year!

Event Detail:

Date: Saturday, October 19, 2024

Place: Madison Central School Route 20, Madison, NY

Time: 2:00 - 5:00 pm

Set-Up Time: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Cost: $20 for approximate 8 x 10 space

$5 for electric (if needed)

$5 for a table (if needed)

There is no admission fee charged for visitors to this event. There will be food and refreshments available for purchase during the event. This is an outdoor space. We will move inside only if it rains.
