The morning sun rose over the greens, painting the course with golden light. Last year, over 120 golfers stood on the tee boxes, swinging not just for a game but for a cause close to their hearts. Laughter echoed as friends competed, drinks flowed, and raffle prizes created moments of surprise and joy. Yet, beyond the fun, every step on the fairway was a step toward hope for families affected by dementia.

One of those families was the "Thompsons". A year ago, they faced the heart-wrenching reality of a dementia diagnosis. The Tender became their lifeline, providing respite, support, and moments of joy amidst the challenges. Our program allowed the family to reconnect and find quality of life during their journey with dementia.
