Welcome to the 2025-26 Hart High Baseball Season!

What is the Hart High Baseball Dugout Club (Tax ID: 95-4762826)?  The Dugout Club, a 501c3 non-profit organization which funds the baseball program with almost zero state and district support, is organized and operated by the parents of the players.

What is the fundraising goal for each player? $2,000, raised through various fundraising avenues listed below (Donations paid to the Hart Dugout Club are 100% tax deductible).

What is the Dugout Club budget? $100,000 covering the following expenses: Admin, Baseball, Field, Fundraising, Events, Product Costs and others.

How does the Dugout Club raise money to cover these costs?

⚾️ $150 Per Month Player Registration - Set-up reoccurring payments starting in September and ending in May. Direct player donation (100% of these funds go directly to support the program).

⚾️ Media Guide & Sponsorship Sales ($400 goal per player) - Individuals and companies receive publicity.

⚾️ Friends & Family Fundraising Campaign ($200 goal per player) - To be launched on Give Day Tuesday November 25th. 

⚾️ Fundraising Events ($100 goal per player): Disney Tickets, Restaurant Days, etc.
