We are at a pivotal moment in our journey. As we’ve grown, we’ve realized that many women in underserved communities—those who lack access to resources and high-profile mentorship—are missing out on the vital tools they need to succeed. Our current mentorship programs have already impacted over 1,500 women, but we know we can do more.

That’s why we’re building this mentoring software to streamline and scale our services and programs. This app will allow us to increase our capacity, reach more women in need, and make mentorship more accessible and affordable for all women, regardless of their location or financial situation.

Our Impact by the Numbers Since 2020:

1,500 Growing Community of Women: We continue to witness sign-ups daily in support of affordable and accessible mentorship.
163+ Women Mentored: Over 163 women have received life-changing mentorship, gaining the skills and confidence to pursue their dreams.
150+ Community Mentors: More than 150 women have become mentors, helping women in our communities achieve self-sufficiency.
50+ Workshops Conducted: Over 50 financial literacy, personal growth, and business development workshops have reached several women with valuable education and resources.
200+ Mentorship Hours: More than 200 hours of one-on-one mentorship, offering personalized guidance and support, have been provided.
1,500+ Women Trained Online: 1,500 women have participated in events such as Dream N’Brunch, workshops, and webinars—connecting, learning, and building a powerful network of women committed to making an impact.
Prototype Created: We successfully created our first iteration of the app, our prototype is available as the vision for what we can build.

Success Stories

Here are a few inspiring stories of women whose futures have been forever changed:

1. Deborah, a young entrepreneur in Nigeria, turned her dream of owning a successful bakery into a reality. With guidance and support from her mentor, she overcame challenges and is now a thriving business owner. With a $100 scholarship, Deborah enrolled in bakery school and today her family has a source of livelihood because of the generosity of our donors.

2. Tierra and Dominique, both Auburn University VCOM students, aspired to become physicians but faced insecurities about being minorities, not knowing where to find funding, and how to choose a specialization. Through our program, they were both connected with mentors who helped them navigate the path to medical school and today both are concluding their residency in SC and Oklahoma, respectively.

3. Sarah from a college in North Carolina, had a dream of pursuing a career in marketing. With the mentorship and internship experience she gained through our program; she is now a successful content creator for a children’s book publishing company. Not only that, but she also shared with me that her time in Dream Mentorship inspired her to select a career specialization and today she just launched her own freelancing marketing business, while paying it forward by volunteering with Dream Mentorship.

Truly, we could spend hours telling you story after story of the impact of mentorship on the lives of women in our communities and around the world. These stories highlight the profound impact of mentorship.
