Get ready to make a difference and have a great time doing it at the StrokeOT 2025 Walk and Roll! This fundraising event brings together our community to raise funds that go directly to supporting our weekly classes for stroke survivors.

Our guest, Spokes Fighting Strokes, will be providing recumbent bike rides, ensuring everyone can participate and enjoy the event to the fullest.

Hosted at the beautiful Southington Linear Trail, participants will enjoy a scenic route perfect for walking or cycling. Whether you're a seasoned walker, a wheelchair user, or trying out an adapted bike for the first time, everyone is welcome to join in the fun.

What to expect?

Parking is available on Mastrianni Place for those who are mobility impaired. Additional parking space is available at Kinsmen Brewing (409 Canal St.), which is located 1 block away.
9:30-10:00 am check-in at the StrokeOT table, located on Mastrianni Pl.
10:00 am Opening Ceremony: Kick-off with a warm-up session.
Walk and Roll Route: A scenic, accessible path suitable for all ages and abilities. Tent, chairs, and a wheelchair accessible porta-potty on-site
Adaptive Bikes: Thanks to Spokes Fighting Strokes, adaptive bikes will be available to ensure everyone can join in.
Entertainment: Music, educational tables, and more.
Refreshments: Healthy snacks and water to keep you fueled.
12:00 pm Conclusion of Walk and Roll. Your ticket also includes pizza and salad at our post-event celebration at Kinsmen Brewing. You'll have the chance to browse and enter to win from a variety of themed raffle baskets. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase both during the event and afterward at Kinsmen Brewing.
