URGENT FUNDRAISER — 27 PIGS NEED US NOW

Eastern Snouts is working against the clock to get 27 pigs safely out of Patrick Springs, Virginia, following the unexpected loss at their sanctuary.

We were able to move a handful of pigs this weekend, but we still have pigs on the property that need to be pulled ASAP, and we continue to need safe placement for those already moved.

Today, our biggest focus is raising an emergency $3,000 fund to help cover the immediate costs of getting these pigs safely through this transition.

As we begin pulling pigs from the property, we need to schedule hoof trims, provide feed and supplies, and prepare for transports as needed. We will also have health certificates expenses for pigs crossing state lines, loading supplies, and the unexpected costs that come with moving this many animals on an extremely tight timeline.

Our $3,000 emergency fund will help us cover:

Feed and immediate care
Veterinary care and hoof trims as needed
Health certificates and required veterinary paperwork
Supplies needed for loading and placement
Emergency and unexpected expenses

These pigs have already been through so much. Some are seniors. Some have special needs. Some have lived indoors their entire lives. Some are bonded and need to remain together.

We don't have the luxury of waiting.

We have approximately two weeks to make this happen, and every day matters. As we secure placements, we need the funds available to move quickly when a transporter, foster or adopter steps up.

Our goal is $3,000 — and we need our village to help us get there.
