Hillspring 2025 Operating Campaign

Hillspring Community Partners, Inc. is a 501(c)3 designated non-profit committed to empowering individuals and families by providing affordable housing and essential community support. In order to continue delivering our impactful services, we will use donations for our annual operating budget and other vital expenses.

 

1. Contingency Fund
$100,000 to participate in many essential HPD Tax Programs which provides a competitive advantage during capital formation. 
 
2. Program & Service-Specific Donations
Paid Media and Outreach: $7,500 to expand Hillspring's investor visibility and donor reach through online and offline media channels.
Community Programs and Services: $5,000 specifically to support direct community education and revitalization initiatives
 
3. Event Sponsorships
Affordable Housing Conference Registrations: $3,150 to increase professional network and stay informed on industry standards and practices.
 
4. Operational and Support Costs
Legal and Accounting Support: $6,000 collectively for legal and accounting needs to ensure compliant and transparent operations.
Technology and Software: $4,500 to cover the costs of donor software and continued website support, improving donor engagement and communication.
 
5. Board & Administrative Support
Board Recapitalization: $6,150 to maintain operational sustainability.
Grant Writing Consultant and Memberships: $4,500 to enhance funding capacity through grant consultants and relevant Commercial Real Estate industry memberships.
 
Total Non-Contingency Operating Budget: $36,800
