Ripplemaker Foundation (formerly Campaign for Kindness) is a 501(c)3 that exists to ensure Oxygen for Educators and Tacky Box programming remain affordable and accessible to all.

Oxygen for Educators is a multi-platform resource that offers radical hope for those entrusted with teaching our kids. What began as a podcast that elevates the voices of teachers, counselors, and school leaders has grown into a print magazine that delivers light-lift, high-impact ideas, relatable stories, and grounded inspiration. Our aim is simple: to help educators reconnect to their purpose, regulate their nervous systems, and care for themselves so they can serve students well.

We take back the narrative about what is happening in schools by centering the people doing the work.
