SnowFest 2026!

The Mission

In the heart of the Arkansas Valley, our student concerts have become legendary—selling out in mere minutes and leaving hundreds of family members and fans without a seat. No physical venue is big enough to hold the community’s support for these young musicians. We are raising $7,500 to bridge that gap through professional media and future-proof technology.

Where Your Donation Goes:

  • $5,000 | Immediate Professional Production: This funds 50West Productions to capture the 14th Annual SnowFest with two-camera coverage and 21+ hours of expert post-production editing. Every student band will receive a professional video portfolio to share with the world.

  • $2,500 | The Virtual Seat Initiative: These funds are the first step toward our $45,000 goal to acquire the Genesis II 4K Turnkey System. This "studio-in-a-box" will allow us to transform any gymnasium or local theater into a world-class media stage, ensuring no one ever misses a show due to travel or venue capacity. Why It Matters

By supporting this campaign, you aren't just filming a concert; you are building a Digital Stage. You are ensuring that 100% of net proceeds continue to support music education while giving our students the "Virtual Seat" platform they need to reach a global audience.

Introducing the Realm of Caring, a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Buena Vista, Colorado, dedicated to restoring youth music education through high-tech event production. Under the leadership of Executive Director Scott Peterson, a long-time community advocate and former Marketing Director for the Chaffee County Visitors Bureau, Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort, the organization leverages professional-grade technology to fund the future of local musicians.

Our Vision: Music Without Borders

The Realm of Caring operates as a social enterprise, producing immersive experiences like the "Laser Circus" and "Laser Line Dance" to create a sustainable rhythm of support for schools. By providing a "Digital Stage," we ensure that student performances are accessible to everyone, everywhere, regardless of venue capacity or physical limitations.

The Dual-Impact Model

Every dollar raised through our events fuels a Dual-Impact Model designed for radical financial clarity:

  • 20% Direct Impact: Goes immediately to host schools for urgent needs like instrument repairs and sheet music.

  • 80% Grant Initiative: Fuels the Realm of Caring Grant Fund to provide scholarships and professional instruments across the region.

Through our commitment to transparency and our 70% Reinvestment Standard, we ensure that community events are transformed into lasting opportunities for the next generation of Colorado artists. LEARN MORE: https://realmofcaringmusic.org/
