Expedition Vanguard 2025 is a premier leadership development program set in the wild terrains of West Virginia. This transformative 15-day backpacking and canoe-packing adventure is designed to challenge and inspire young men and women aged 15-19. Through rigorous physical challenges, hands-on survival training, and structured mentorship, participants will develop resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

Why Your Sponsorship is Vital:

Expedition Vanguard is a key component of Project Quest Expeditions' holistic mentorship approach, where outdoor adventures serve as a platform for personal growth and leadership development. However, these life-changing experiences come with significant costs, including gear, food, transportation, and training. Many of our participants come from backgrounds where financial support is limited, which is why we turn to generous sponsors like you.

By contributing to this campaign, you are directly supporting the development of young leaders, ensuring they have the opportunity to participate in this unique program without financial barriers.

Sponsorship and Donation Perks

Level 1: Sponsorships or Donations $1 to $499

Tax-Deductible Contribution: As Project Quest Expeditions is a Certified 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization (Tax ID: 31954), your sponsorship is fully tax-deductible. You’ll receive a receipt for your records and tax purposes.
Exclusive Expedition Updates: Receive regular updates during the expedition, including photos, videos, and stories directly from the field. This gives you an insider’s view of the adventure and the impact your support is making.
Personalized Thank You Note: Each sponsor will receive a personalized thank you note from the participant or the Project Quest Expeditions team, acknowledging your support and its significance to the success of the expedition.

Level 2: Sponsorships or Donations $500 to $2,499

All perks from Level 1 plus the following:

Social Media Shout-Out: We’ll recognize your contribution with a shout-out on our social media channels, highlighting your support to our followers and the broader community.
Commemorative Expedition Patch: As a token of our appreciation, sponsors will receive an official Expedition Vanguard patch, identical to the ones given to participants. This patch symbolizes your integral role in the journey.

Level 3: Sponsorships or Donations $2,500 or more

All perks from Level 1 and 2 plus the following:

Invitation to Post-Expedition Events: Sponsors will be invited to attend exclusive post-expedition events, where you can meet the participants, hear their stories firsthand, and celebrate the achievements made possible by your support.
Recognition on Our Website: Your name or your organization’s name will be proudly displayed on our official website under the “Expedition Vanguard Sponsors” section, showcasing your commitment to leadership development and community support.
Acknowledgment in Program Materials: Sponsors will be acknowledged in the Expedition Vanguard program booklet and other printed materials distributed during the expedition. This includes being listed in event programs, newsletters, and other participant-facing documents.

How You Can Make a Difference:

Sponsor a Participant: Each participant selected for Expedition Vanguard is required to secure $2,800 in sponsorships. Your donation can help a young person achieve their goal, ensuring they can embark on this journey without the burden of financial strain.
Support the Backside Team: Those selected for the critical backside support roles need to raise $450 each. Your contribution helps cover their expenses, ensuring that the expedition runs smoothly.
General Expedition Fund: Donations to our general fund support the overall costs of the expedition, including logistical needs, safety measures, and essential supplies.
