🐾 Help Cover Vet Bills for Abandoned Pitbulls

Dedicated local volunteers have worked tirelessly since last spring to rescue two abandoned Pitbulls from the adobes. Surface Creek Animal Shelter in Cedaredge opened its doors to provide them safety, but the shelter has already incurred significant veterinary expenses. Thanks to this compassion and commitment, the dogs are finally safe—but they are in need of ongoing medical care to continue their journey toward healthy, happy lives.
So far, vet bills have reached $1,000, covering:
•     Porcupine quill removal
•     Spay/neuter surgeries
•     Flea and tick treatments
•     Core vaccinations
