In our first year, Jubilee Healing Farm has had MAJOR accomplishments but we need YOU to support our ongoing community programming. In our first year, Jubilee:

• Successfully created a blueberry and blackberry field that will supply fruit to PORCH and address community hunger
• Received multiple grants for POEM, a free peer-support specialist training program that addresses racial disparities in mental health among college students. The program offers Black...
