Why add one more podcast to an already saturated world? The short answer: there are some conversations that we're not having enough of in our current moment.

We love that their is a demand for longform discussions, conversations, and interviews--and there are many shows out there doing great work. We recommend podcasts all the time! There are so many that teach, inspire, engage, and explore important topics, but there are even more that are just silly (at best) or harmful and divisive (at their worst).

Over the last year we have learned the ways that we are uniquely situated as an organization. In our work to support leaders and teams, we engage with experts from a variety of domains, fields, and settings (i.e., christian higher education, theology, psychology, spiritual formation, coaching, and marketplace leadership).

We want to bring these conversations to a broader audience, and for leaders who have meaningful questions that they may not be in a position, at the time, to discuss with someone.

This time next year, instead of just suggesting a book or sharing an idea when we're coaching leaders, caring for pastors, or working with Church staffs, we can actually just say, "We were just having this exact conversation last week with a leader in that field. Why don't you listen and see what it stirs in you!"
