305 Kolts is a youth athletic training and development non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young athletes. Our mission is simple but powerful: to provide children of all economic backgrounds and skill levels the opportunity to participate in organized sports while learning the values of teamwork, discipline, and leadership.

Through sports, we’re not just building athletes — we’re shaping confident, responsible, and successful young men and women, both on and off the field.

Our organization is powered by 5 dedicated volunteer coaches and a passionate team of 30 players, boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 12. Together, we work to create a positive, supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Your support helps us cover essential costs like uniforms, equipment, travel expenses, and community outreach — ensuring no child is left on the sidelines due to financial barriers.
