Dozens of Animals Rescued from Armstrong County Property

30 dogs were surrendered to HARP after a search warrant was executed on an Armstrong County property last week. In total, over 70 animals were found on the property, living in extremely unsanitary conditions. The 30 dogs were brought to HARP's shelters to receive care. Like many animal shelters, HARP saw an increase in animal intakes in 2023, and resources are stretched thin; your support will give these dogs the care they need and love they deserve.
