Every dollar you put into O.Z.K. STUDIOS is assigned to a single, trackable cost line:
  1. Creative Fees
    50-60 % of each gift pays the people you see and hear, camera operators, editors, audio mixers, recipe testers, graphic artists, at industry day-rates.

  2. Expertise & Research
    15 % funds subject-matter researchers, fact-checkers, licensing, and archive access so our stories hold up to scrutiny.

  3. Contributor Support
    15 % goes straight to honoraria for story subjects, youth interns, and mental-health consultants; we never ask for unpaid emotional labor.

  4. Program Overhead
    10 % covers hard costs—venue deposits, insurance, captioning, translation, cloud storage—so the finished program actually reaches the public.
Target: $10,000 by 31 March 2026
That ratio hires a part-time producer, two researchers, and four full production cycles.
