When I started running in 2020, I didn't expect it would not only improve my fitness but also help my mind and overall happiness. Very quickly, it became a form of therapy for me and a way to manage stress. "Still I Run" perfectly reflects my story, as I continue to run for both physical and mental wellbeing. I decided to take part in this campaign because "Still I Run" is a community of warriors determined to take control of our physical and mental health while also breaking the stigma surrounding people living with mental illness. I am trying to be strong for people who need me. Although it is not always easy, running help me to regain the mental strength to be just strong so i can still run for those who need me.
Furthermore, they have partnered with the female clothing brand Just Strong, as they believe we are stronger together! and i truly believe we are stronger together :)
Therefore, I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, for the Just Strong x Still I Run Running Team 2025, to raise money for the charity "Still I Run" and support mental wellbeing and mental health awareness.
