Friday Night, Sept. 23rd Bundox Bocce-7:00-10:00 p.m. (located downstairs in the hotel).

Enjoy an evening of fun and laughter while our group plays bocce ball in our private party room and on private lanes. This is Nevada’s only indoor/outdoor bocce event space. It has 7 indoor bocce courts, a shuffleboard table, ping pong, billiards, and an arcade of games. Appetizers and pizza will be provided. A no-host cash bar is available. Prize Drawing #1 will be held here promptly at 9:30 p.m. Sharp! (You must be present to win) Friday Night Event is included in Packages A and C)

Saturday, Sept. 24th

NCA General Meeting-9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. Join this meeting and have a chance to win a meeting prize. We kindly request that you arrive on time.

Lunch and Philanthropic Fundraiser- 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. (Included in all registration packages)

Lunch will include a choice of:

1) Grilled TriTip Sandwich - Marinated TriTip, arugula, Swiss cheese, herb aioli, chimichurri, ciabatta roll

2) Turkey Wrap* - Turkey, pesto, sundried tomatoes, arugula, shaved onion, mozzarella *Can be made vegetarian or gluten free

All lunches include -Fries, iced tea, lemonade, water, and Chocolate Mousse for dessert

Philanthropic Fundraiser “Purse for a Purpose” Silent Auction will start at 1:30 p.m. and Prize Drawing #2 will be held promptly at 2:00 p.m. (You must be present to win!) More information in the registration packet.

Workshop #1a: "Public Safety" - Educational Speaker, Mark Tarte - 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Retired police officer and Criminal Justice Professor will talk about public safety. This will include tips on what to do when you’re out alone or traveling with kids. He will also be available to answer any questions you have. (Included in all registration packages)

Workshop #1b: Craft: Wood Slice Fall Pumpkin Ornament - 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Create a fall pumpkin ornament with paint markers. (Included in all registration packages)

Workshop #2a: Nevada Sunset Winery - Wine Tasting - 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Relax and unwind as you walk to and from the hotel to this winery. Enjoy a private one-hour wine tasting at Nevada Sunset Winery. One of the winemakers will talk about each wine as you taste 4 different wines all made in Nevada. This will include 2 reds, 1 white and their sparkling wine. A fee of $10 (not including gratuity) is due with your registration and is non-refundable. Space is limited to the first 12 registrants.

Workshop #2b: Craft: Card making - 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Create your own fall and/or winter greeting cards. All cardstock and stickers are pre-cut in packages for you to use with glue and color markers. (A fee of $5.00 is due with your registration for the cost of supplies.) You’ll end up taking home two cards from this workshop.

Saturday Night Buffet Dinner and Bingo: 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Dinner includes:

Organic mixed greens, shaved cucumber, carrot, red onion, baby tomatoes, house croutons, and assorted dressings

Stir-fried green beans with caramelized shallots and silvered almonds

Basmati Rice Pilaf

Pan Roasted Chicken Breast, Baked Ziti* with Roasted Vegetables (*Gluten-Free/Vegetarian)

New York Cheesecake with Strawberry-Mint Coulis

Bingo: Even if you haven’t played bingo before, this game is very easy to learn. There is no charge to play and who knows, you may be yelling bingo before the evening ends for a prize.
