A new landlord and property management company took over the location last year. Two weeks ago, our unit flooded due to an issue with the water heater in the unit above ours. The new landlord informed us during the flood that they would not be renewing our lease, and we had 30 days to vacate. Despite many years at this location with no issue, we were not offered any explanation, nor any chance to negotiate or find mutually agreeable terms to stay. 

 

For the time being, we will shift to mobile outreach until we find a new permanent location.  

 

Because we had been in our other location for so long, our rent was extremely affordable. We anticipate that finding a location in the current market is going to be much more expensive.  We would love your contributes to help support us in finding a new home!
