Casa Kimberly is a shelter that provides short-term emergency housing to members of the transgender and gender expansive community of South Texas who are experiencing homelessness or seeking safety. Casa Kimberly provides a safe place to stay and additional services to help people access resources and achieve stability.

Casa Kimberly is a project of GENTex (a trans and nonbinary led organization that provides support, advocacy, and community building for the trans and gender expansive communities of the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas). GENTex is a 501C3 established in 2019.
