The Order is currently working with WAKE's Ezra Salter to develop state-specific LGBTQ+ End of Life Guides intended to guide lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual or any other gender identity and/or sexual orientation minority through the basics of protecting their identity and wishes through the end of life process. The goal is to work with subject matter experts from around the country to develop a guide for all 50 states. You can check out the Louisiana guide here.
