Our general fund helps us to ensure that we have enough of an ongoing balance to support seniors that may need pulled from high risk shelters, need emergency or routine veterinary care. Most of our seniors have severe/advanced dental disease, masses that need removed, spayed/neutered, or medical issues like arthritis. This also ensures that we have funds to provide transportation to move seniors that need our care.
