HHH supports individuals experiencing trauma related to incarceration, addiction, and homelessness through music classes and workshops. Our programs provide a safe environment for individuals healing from trauma in addiction recovery centers, shelters, and jails to find their voice.

Whether you are an active participant or a listener, our classes cultivate self-expression and promote wellness for those in need of a healthy outlet!

On this global day of giving, we ask our entire HHH community to help us purchase percussion instruments that will help our students access the therapeutic potential of drumming. Drumming and rhythm instruments are powerful sources of self-expression that can reduce anxiety and depression, cultivate self-confidence, and improve sociability. We need your support to get more percussion instruments into our classes in the new year!
