The Hillview Free Library is raising funds to build a 20' X 30' timber frame, covered, community pavilion next to the library to accommodate more outdoor event space.

The pavilion will be used for concerts, art and theatre programs, and also available for community events, both private and public. Visitors and residents can easily grab a meal at the deli, enjoy an outdoor picnic or relax while browsing through a magazine. Bolton and Lake George libraries will also be able to utilize this space.

The fundraising raffle is for a Ten Classic Hornbeck Canoe. It is the most popular "Adirondack Boat". It is only 15 pounds and 10' 6" in length making it easily transportable, pleasing to paddle and stable enough to relax in with a good book.

Please consider buying tickets for yourself or your family and friends.

Winner will be drawn during the Hillview Free Library's Lawn Party Event on August 24, 2024, from 12 to 2 pm.
