4-14 Fundraiser for Brian Jeansonne and Family
Be Love. 4-14
Supporting Brian and Our Family Year-Round
Each year, we face the reality that caregiving for ALS receives no government funding. The costs of Brian’s care, including specialized support, equipment, and the daily help needed to maintain his quality of life, are almost entirely out of pocket. Because Kristy is Brian’s full-time caregiver, working outside the home is not an option, and Social Security disability does not come close to covering what is needed.
To care for Brian and sustain our family, we need to raise approximately $200,000 each year.
That is why Be Love. 4-14 matters so much.
Every year on April 14, the anniversary of Brian’s ALS diagnosis, we invite our community to come alongside us in a special way. What began as a one-day fundraiser has become an important part of how we care for Brian all year long. More than a single date, Be Love. 4-14 is a reminder that love shows up, love carries, and love helps sustain us for the road ahead.
