Hang in there, guys - better days are right around the corner. I lost my brother to suicide 35 years ago - it still hurts every day. Ending your pain will only cause so much pain to those you love. Stay alive; it will be better, I promise. I used to have regular nightmares of the VC chasing me with a sword. Please don't laugh, but I found safety in an old-style phone booth with doors every time. Finally, my cousin suggested I stop running and instead chase the bad guys. That's what I did and those nightmares ended about 10 years ago. You too can win the battle.
