CHAMPS Resource & Service Center is a governmental entity as defined in Section 115 of the Internal Revenue Code. It is a tax exempt organization as defined in Section 501of the Code.

It is our opinion that contributions to the CHAMPS may be claimed as charitable contributions as described in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. However, this section has a number of conditions and limitations that you should review carefully and/or review with your own tax advisor.
