Track & Field meets are long, demanding days, often lasting several hours. Providing simple, nourishing options such as sandwiches or pasta helps ensure our athletes can refuel between events, maintain their energy, and stay focused throughout the meet.

These shared meals also give athletes a chance to regroup, support one another, and stay connected as a team while representing South County at championship-level competition.
