-Please fill out questions thoroughly as this info will be used for your surgical paperwork, rabies certificate, and microchip registration -Location: PCHS shelter (17584 195th Avenue, Glenwood MN 56334) -Drop off time: by 915 am -Pick-up time: by 1030 am (staff will call once your cat(s) are done with surgery) -Cost: $50; this is non-refundable so if you end up not needing your appointment, don't show up, or are unable to wrangle your cat in for the event, your $50 payment will be counted as a donation for our Low Cost Spay and Neuter Fund. Tickets are non-transferrable.
