This year, we’re focusing on the importance of building a support system—people and structures you can lean on without adding to your workload or piling on guilt. We’ll explore practical ways to cultivate this kind of support in your life, and how breaking free from the myth of balance begins by recognizing that the systems around us often set us up to fail.
