This program saves lives—helping individuals find hope, strengthening families, and creating a ripple effect of well-being across our community.

But here’s the challenge: our funds are running low. As demand continues to rise, we urgently need your help to keep this program going in 2025.

$25 connects someone to essential resources through one hour of case management.
$80 provides one free counseling session, helping someone take their first step toward healing.
$480 funds a full course of six sessions, giving someone the tools to transform their life.
