This year our greatest challenge remains the rising number of critically ill and injured homeless cats and kittens — each one in desperate need of care and a second chance. The shortage of available veterinary services has made emergency treatment increasingly difficult to obtain, not only for rescues but also for pet owners across our community. Meanwhile, cat abandonment continues to be a daily crisis demanding immediate action.

Our brick-and-mortar facility has been vital in expanding our impact. It allows us to assist other rescues by taking in unfixed and found friendly / semi-feral cats and kittens - many of whom would have been released back outside. We specialize in neonatal care — the most fragile lives — and continually advance our medical expertise to save those who might otherwise be lost. Every cat we take in is always like family. We will go above and beyond to save every soul - to give them the chance to heal and be adopted.

We are equally committed to Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) as a long-term solution to overpopulation. We actively support TNVR trappers throughout Monroe County and surrounding areas. We educate and lend out equipment to community members, so they can take part in TNVR.

Through these combined efforts, we are not only saving lives today but also building a more compassionate and sustainable future for cats in our region.
