Hello, I'm Ty Benevides! My mom Sarah has been going to Uganda throughout the last few years and I have heard amazing things about what she has done, and the work that our Lord Jesus has done and allowed the fellow missionaries to do. I have been praying and thinking about being a missionary for a while now, and I believe this trip to Uganda is something that Jesus is wanting me to do. I am so excited to gain a new perspective of life and to see what The Lord is going to do on this trip!

 While in Uganda we will be heading to schools as we share about mental health and the critical role Jesus has in our spiritual and mental health. We will be loving and providing support for special needs students as we share The Lord with them. I'm looking forward to sharing my testimony and serving at a VBS with students in their home communities. Your donations will help make huge impacts in the lives of others, along with those who are serving. 

I have been to Mexico twice for a mission to build a house for 2 families and seeing Jesus bless that trip was a blessing :) .
