About The Dream Queen Foundation

Founded in 2012, The Dream Queen Foundation and Association was born from a desire to connect positive, passionate, purpose-filled women and teens to each other. What began as a dream by one woman has resulted in thousands of women and teens connecting to uplift, inspire, and encourage one another to live their biggest dreams and most heartfelt desires.

Our Vision

We envision a world where all women and girls have the knowledge and support needed to step into positions of leadership and bring their whole selves to impacting the world, making it a more positive, peaceful, and joyful place to live.

Our Mission

The mission of The Dream Queen Foundation is to offer career and leadership development training in a safe space where women and teen girls come together to align careers with passion and purpose, embrace authenticity and transparency in positions of power and influence, and replace greed and corruption with heart-centered leadership.

Our Programs

Gals Lead Teen Mentorship Program: Our Signature Teen Girl Program, Gals Lead, teaches teenage girls the responsibility and the role of leadership, helps them develop a life-long love for learning, and ultimately equips them to transform the seven cultural spheres of influence that define our world today: government, business, education, religion, family, media, and arts/entertainment. It also tackles the below painful statistics head-on. We work with girls to develop and cultivate their self-confidence, authenticity, and leadership potential. Participants gain the clarity and confidence needed to create intentional career paths they love – ones that align with their divine passion and purpose. The program focuses on four Pillars of Success: (1) Know Yourself; (2) Dream Big; (3) Overcome Obstacles; (4) Take Action. This free program includes clubs, workshops, retreats, and conferences for teens aged 14-18.

Our girls are struggling:

  • 90% of 4th - 8th graders report being victims of bullying
  • Girls aged 14-16 engage in self-harm at 3 times the rate of boys that age
  • Suicide is the second leading cause of death for youth ages 12-18
  • 1 in 9 girls under the age of 18 experience sexual abuse or assault at the hands of an adult
  • 75% of girls with low self-esteem reported engaging in negative activities such as disordered eating, cutting, bullying, smoking, or drinking when thinking poorly about themselves

Dream Queen Women’s Networking Group: Our women’s networking group was created as a special place for purpose-filled women to come together to share personal and professional celebrations, set desires and intentions with a supportive community, and gain business and personal connections and relationships that allow you to expand, execute and elevate your career, life, and dreams. Dream Queen Networking events take place once a month and are free to attend for Dream Queen members, however, a nominal $10 registration fee is due for non-members. All donations are 100% tax-deductible since we are a 501(c)3 organization. All proceeds support the growth and sustainability of our teen girl mentoring program, Gals Lead.
