Including the Early Childhood Teacher Corps and the Louisiana Early Childhood Educator Apprenticeship (LECEA)—expanding credential pathways, improving workforce retention, and preparing the next generation of early childhood professionals.

Fueling statewide advocacy efforts such as Let’s Talk Advocacy calls, policy education, community organizing, and events like A Day Without Child Care to ensure providers and families have a powerful voice.

Delivering high-quality workshops, webinars, and Louisiana’s largest Early Learning Conference—equipping educators and leaders with the tools they need to succeed by recharging their mind, body, and business.

Strengthening connections across parishes so providers, educators, and leaders can connect, collaborate, and learn together—not in isolation—building a statewide ecosystem grounded in shared knowledge, relationships, and support.
