3/3/2025 > UPDATE: Our current truck transmission went out, and we urgently need $2000 to get back on the road and then upgrade to a 4x4 when the full fundraising amount is reached. 

When we started Providing Essential Nutrition (PEN) for pregnant and nursing moms and children in El Salvador, we understood the need for reliable transportation. Our mission involves gathering and transporting vital resources to families in need. However, we did not anticipate the extreme off-roading required to reach the most needy families in remote mountainous communities. These areas become almost unreachable without a reliable 4x4 vehicle.

​Our current pickup truck cannot handle the rugged terrain we encounter on a weekly basis. To continue our mission effectively, we urgently need to trade in and upgrade to a 4x4 pickup truck. We estimate needing approximately $5000-$7000 to add to the trade-in value of our current standard truck.
