This is a class will be led by Prakash Chegu, Sat Nam Rasayan Energy Healer and Kundalini Yoga instructor. Kundalini yoga is a type of yoga that involves physical movements, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to help activate and balance the energy within the body. The goal of Kundalini yoga is to awaken the energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine and move it up through the chakras to achieve higher states of consciousness and spiritual awakening. In terms of healing the heart, Kundalini yoga can help to open the heart chakra, which is located in the center of the chest and is associated with love, compassion, and connection. When the heart chakra is blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to feelings of isolation, sadness, and a lack of connection with others. To activate the heart chakra through Kundalini yoga, you may practice specific kriyas (sets of exercises) that focus on opening the chest, such as the "Heart-Opener Kriya." This kriya involves a combination of arm movements, deep breathing, and meditation techniques to help release any tension or blockages in the chest area and promote feelings of love, compassion, and connection. In addition to physical movements, Kundalini yoga also emphasizes the power of sound and mantra chanting to help activate the energy centers in the body. For healing the heart, you may use the mantra "Sat Nam," which means "truth is my identity." This mantra can help to create a sense of inner peace and harmony and promote feelings of love and connection with yourself and others. Overall, Kundalini yoga can be a powerful tool for healing the heart and promoting emotional well-being. By combining physical movements, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and mantra chanting, you can activate and balance the energy within your body and promote a sense of love, compassion, and connection.
