The Back Cove Neighborhood Association (BCNA) represents and advocates for the residents and businesses of the Back Cove neighborhood of Portland, Maine. We respond to the interests and concerns of you, our neighbors.

We recommend a $25 annual donation from our members, but welcome whatever amount you are able to contribute!
